Garret Schroeder | Creative & Production Director
Garret serves as the Worship and Production Intern at City on a Hill. His journey of faith and passion for music, design, and cinema has been transformative and exciting. Originally from Wisconsin, Garret always had a deep desire for creative arts, but it wasn't until a radical encounter with the Holy Spirit in 2020, shortly after moving to South Carolina, that his life took a profound turn towards righteousness.
This pivotal experience set Garret on a lifelong path of devotion to Jesus Christ. Two years into his walk with Christ, he felt called to return to Wisconsin, driven by a dual purpose: to marry the girl of his dreams, Rebekah, and to witness to his family. Upon their return, Garret and Rebekah found a welcoming home at City on a Hill, where they immediately felt loved and embraced by the community.
Recognizing his zeal for the Lord and his exceptional talent in music, the leaders at City on a Hill graciously provided Garret with the opportunity to grow and learn as he channels his passions to serve the Kingdom of God. Garret is dedicated to using his gifts to glorify God and is excited about the future, anticipating the day he will see his King face to face.
